Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business. We honor and respect the time of our providers and our guests. So that we can best serve all of our clients, please be advised of these policies.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Extra time will be added to new clients to complete necessary forms. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, even if you book your appointment online under the 24 hour window, except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency as described below.

  • Late Rescheduling: A rebooking fee of $35 will be charged for appointments rescheduled under the 24hrs.

  • Late Cancellation: A cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled under 24hrs- 50% of the full service amount.

Missed Appointments

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency, which must be confirmed by a Skinv team member.

Our system sends out automatic email and text reminders so that you don’t forget about your appointment. The automatic reminders are no- reply reminders, therefore, a text response back to cancel will not be received. We ask that you contact us directly via phone, text, or email to cancel an appointment last minute.

  • Missed/ No show appointments will be required to pay 80% of the total service amount. And, must place a card on file to reserve future appointments. We may refuse to provide service to any guest who continues to no-show/ miss their appointments.


Red Light Therapy Policy

We require a minimum of 1 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency, which must be confirmed by a Skinv team member.

Our system sends out automatic email and text reminders so that you remember your appointment. The automatic reminders are no- reply reminders, therefore, a text response back to cancel will not be received. We ask that you contact us directly via phone, text, or email to cancel an appointment last minute.


·         Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: A rebooking fee of $35 is charged for appointments rescheduled within 1 hour or the appointment.

·         Missed/ No show appointments: After the 2nd missed/no-show appointment, you will be either charged a missed appt fee of $15 OR you will not be allowed to reserve any appointments ahead of time. If the latter, all online bookings will be cancelled and you are required to call the day of to book your appointment, not any future dates.

 

Refunds

Refunds for Services- We do not issue refunds for services rendered. In the event you are not happy with your service, please notify your esthetician prior to leaving the office. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds for pre paid appointments- We will issue a refund for cancelled prepaid appointments, ONLY IF the cancellation is within our cancellation policy, cancelled 24 hours or more prior.

Refunds for payment on missed appointments- We require payment for missed/cancelled appointments that violate our policy. Payment must be made to reserve any future appointments, and will not be refunded. In the event a payment is made for a previous cancelled appointment to reserve a future appointment, and another policy violation occurs, a refund will not be issued.

 

Illness or Family Emergency

If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of our clients.

A confirmation from our team is required via phone, text, or email to avoid penalty fees.
