Each month you will receive (1) highly customized, 30-min clinical facial that will provide maximum cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and (1) enhancement to reach your goals.

You and your skin therapist will come up with a comprehensive treatment plan to reach your goals. Once you are there, simply downgrade your plan to the maintenance plan.
You will receive a combination of treatment modalities which may include one-four of these treatments each month;

No problem, your memberships allows you the flexibility to switch it up each month based on your hearts desires and skincare goals. You can even bank a few months to pay for that higher ticket treatment if you want!

We won’t lock you down. We only ask for a one-time commitment of 3 months. After that, no contract. You can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at anytime. Going on vacation? No problem- pause your plan for up to 2 months.
Don’t worry about losing your treatments once you cancel. Any treatments left on your account will be converted into a gift certificate to use within three months. You can convert remaining treatments into gift certificates for friends.

Terms & Conditions
The Skinv membership is an auto-renewal prepaid plan, billed monthly. Members can choose the amount they want to invest in themselves each month by selecting one of three tiers. The membership plans offer the flexibility to choose how you want to use your investment. Each member gets to enjoy their favorite services at a discounted price with additional perks and discounts exclusive to Skinv members.
Member Pricing- members receive 20% off all services and enhancements at Skinv . In addition, members also receive 15% off of energy healing, astrology sessions, and more with Soul Radiance.
Choice of Treatment- members can use their included treatment or upgrade their investment each month towards any service and enhancement at the 20% discounted members’ rate. If the service cost is higher, then the member will pay the difference.
Guest perks- Members can bring a guest in for a spa day to share in their pricing. The member must be present for their guest to receive the discount.
Guest Vouchers- Members will get a gift voucher upon sign up to gift to a non-member ( 1 per person, per year). These vouchers are promotional items that can only be redeemed by non-members, for services only. The promotional gift vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Rollover Services- Any unused amount is rolled over to the next month. Members can rollover and save for higher ticket treatments or gift certificates. Once the membership is canceled, any unused services will be converted into a gift certificate to be used within 3 months.
Gift Certificates- Members can convert their investment into a gift certificate to gift to a non-member. Gift certificate amounts start at $25 and go up in increments of $25. The gift certificate is valid for services only.
Upgrading or Downgrading Plan- Members can upgrade or downgrade their plan at anytime. Any changes must be made before the next billing period. Once the plan is changed, a new card will need to go on file.
Pausing Plan- Pause your plan up to 2 months at anytime before the billing cycle. Contact us by phone or email to pause your plan.
Cancellation- There are no contracts or fees. After the initial 3 month period, your plan switches to month-to-month-Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Once the plan is cancelled, the 20% discount goes away. Any unused treatments will be converted into a credit to be used within 3 months. The balance services may be split up into gift certificates to gift to a friend/ family member. The gift certificate will be valid for services only. Any unused red light therapy sessions will not be redeemable.
Reactivating Canceled Plan- Due to the demand and exclusive savings, we may not be able to reactive your plan. Members who cancel their plan may have to wait up to 1 year before being allowed to rejoin. If an extenuating circumstance restricts a member from coming in to redeem services, contact us to extend the pause timeframe so you don’t lose your plan.
Refunds- We offer a flexible membership plan that allows you to cancel anytime before the next billing cycle after the initial 3 month period. Due to the discount and extra perks received for joining, we do not offer refunds, even if you forget to cancel before the billing date. We do convert any unused balance into a gift certificate to use within 3 months.
